SPEAKER:

XÓCHITL ARVIZU

Communication both internal and external enables an organization to create the institutional perception desired. When we establish clear internal goals and communicate them first to our colleagues, policies and protocols are embraced by our teams and this results in clarity in terms of action. it is clear how our “doing” establishes who we are as a reflection of our mission, vision and values.

Creating a plan sounds very challenging but, but with clear goals and specific stems, the institutional image we want to create can be achieved if not simply: clearly and efficiently.

The aim of this session is to revise how as directors or coordinators we can create a Communication Master Plan for our institution without “dying in the intent”.
