Teachers, parents and managers have one common goal: helping students to build meaningful and lasting knowledge. How to make this come true? This is a primary task of the leader.
More than ever, education takes place in our students’ homes, and families have a critical role as active contributors in this process. In order to have better and more consistent results, it is fundamental for all key players to be aligned under a common goal.
In this session we will learn about concrete strategies and actions that will allow the institution leader to build a bond with families in favor of the student’s learning.

SESSION 1
EDUCATION LEADERS TRAINING
Working with teachers to ensure success in the physical, blended or virtual classroom.
A lot has been said about students’ individual learning rhythm, about the need to consider their context and particular characteristics when guiding them through their process of knowledge construction.
However, do we, coordinators and academic directors, see our teaching staff in the same way? Leading a group of teachers has never been an easy task, but it undoubtedly has become more challenging now that it is done remotely.
