Leading a group of teachers in times of uncertainty in education can be very challenging, it is through example that our team learns and integrates didactic strategies, the values of the institution, and the pedagogic and organizational model. Because of this, it is critical to work systematically in the five dimensions of educational leadership.

In this session, we will discuss the best practices of these concepts that will inspire the participant to serve his/her team better.

SESSION 1

EDUCATION LEADERS TRAINING

Working with teachers to ensure success in the physical, blended or virtual classroom.

A lot has been said about students’ individual learning rhythm, about the need to consider their context and particular characteristics when guiding them through their process of knowledge construction.

However, do we, coordinators and academic directors, see our teaching staff in the same way? Leading a group of teachers has never been an easy task, but it undoubtedly has become more challenging now that it is done remotely.
